Brady Girt

CEO and Director of Operations, Lands, & Strategy

Landscape and land systems design and organizational leadership.

Brady has traveled extensively and studied community health, culture, religion, and indigenous spirituality in diverse regions of the world. He earned dual Bachelors of Science degrees in both Crop Science and Soil Science as "Diversified Agriculture" at Washington State University and has worked in small and large landscape-scale management of forests, farmlands, and other environmental resource lands. He has also worked globally teaching, practicing, and enabling in agroecology as well as co-adaptive community dynamics.

Designer-turned-strategist, Alyssa has a passion for helping people better empathize and connect with other humans. Entrepreneurially Alyssa works with small and medium sized businesses to develop marketing, design, and strategies that connect them authentically to their audiences.

Alyssa most enjoys her massage and energy work that supports conscious aging, dying, and grieving. She can be found singing to plants, dancing by the bonfire, and writing in ShangriLa valley.

Owner and Farmer at Shoq Shamal

Adalet is a farmer heartily embracing simple unconventional agrarian life. Her goal is to provide local organic food for the community, to develop strong relationships with like-minded souls working to make the world a better place, and to preserve rare and heritage breeds of livestock and seeds.

Adalet enjoys hiking, traveling, dancing, music, art, and cooking, among many other things. She loves nature, bathing in rivers, and wild harvest. Key tenets of her life are simplicity, wildness, and balance.

Jennifer brings over 15 years of entrepreneurial experience to the Wild Commons team. Whether she's building wellness centers or leading global branding campaigns for international thought leaders, Jennifer's innate gift for uplifting people with revolutionary ideas and ways of being creates new possibilities and extraordinary results, with inexplicable and joyful ease.

She's passionate about inspiring and empowering individuals to live their greatest lives, and believes this happens when we reconnect deeply with nature and ourselves. She is devoted to cultivating thriving relationships among people and the natural environment, for the greater good of all. 

Jennifer loved spending her childhood summers on the Oregon Coast, and delights in hiking in nature, meditating, dancing, and the unfolding discoveries and wonders of life.

Project Controller, Construction Engineer

Taylor’s human design is The Manifestor with a deep passion to make visions come to life through teamwork, problem solving, and action. With a bachelors in Civil and Environmental Engineering and industry experience at one of the top general contractors in the country, Taylor brings to the team unique insight into the planning and logistics, safety, finances and work-in-place of large commercial projects.

Taylor’s dream is to be a part of a team, building and maintaining sustainable communities as well as listening and connecting with people along the way. Taylor also has a background in social work and in-home healthcare as a Home Care Aide, further deepening his connection to those around him.

Whether it be projects or people, the land or the creatures that occupy it, the key to a rich life is the ability to find solutions. Taylor believes true balance can be achieved through listening, learning and authentic expression. You can find Taylor seeking balance in his life with those around him, connecting to the mind, body and spirit with music, play and pacha mama.
